I want to teach Spanish because I believe that to learn another language is to open a door to a new culture; to a whole new world. While teaching letters, numbers, and color; I can also teach important values and learn from my students. I also believe that I’m the second role model children look at, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be their friend. The most important thing about education is to reach the main goal: to teach. I love and enjoy what I do. Teaching is my passion.

Languages are exciting!!!
Spanish is my first language, I feel I can encourage and educate students about this Romance language and, overall, the Hispanic culture. I believe learning should be enjoyable! Languages are exciting, not boring, that is why I do my best to make sure they stay that way through my method of instruction.
I’ve been working with children and public since I was sixteen years old. I was an English teacher in my country for about 10 years, with students between the ages of 5 and 18 years old. The last two semesters of college I had the opportunity of developing and teaching, to my classmates, Spanish grammar lectures and activities. I really enjoy this experience.
